ILMAN, in collaboration with the University of Virginia, offers Leadership & Empowerment program (MILE). This program is designed with the core objective to identify and nurture the leaders in the Illinois Muslim community. 

These leaders are trained to help others grow as champions of their truth and stand for their rights.
